Welcome to my Rolfing practice! My name is Charles Hung and I am a Professional Certified Rolfer™. I’m here to listen to your concerns and goals and then, from a Rolfing perspective, use my eyes, hands and caring to help you improve your own life and build a greater sense of well-being.

People seek Rolfing for many reasons. For some, it’s an effective way to ease pain and chronic stress; others are recovering from an injury. Everyone wants to improve performance in his or her professional and personal activities.

Rolfing Structural Integration is hands-on manipulation. As a Certified Rolfer, I work with my hands on your soft tissue, which includes muscles, ligaments, tendons, inflamed nerves and some internal organs. This will help you find better, more comfortable patterns of movement in your daily life.

Rolfing reorganizes connective tissue and fascia to improve balance, alignment and to create better posture. It facilitates injury recovery, pain reduction and stress relief, and increases flexibility, better balance and bodily ease.

Many Rolfing clients report an increased sense of personal wellness, a greater sense of physical connectedness and an absence of pain. For them, Rolfing reduces discomfort and builds emotional strength. Rolfing is a reputable, holistic approach to improving well-being that many people find beneficial in every aspect of their life.
